I just downloaded Myfitnesspal and have been tracking everything I'm eating. It's amazing how much some of this stuff adds up! Bonus though is it gives credit for the housework I do in terms of calories burned!
Hoping to slowly ease myself into a healthier lifestyle (and hopefully with that will come some weight loss!). I figure if I try and just start eating completely differently and working out like crazy out of nowhere it'll be a shock to the system and won't help in the long run!

Yeah, I use to use that on my iPad! You don't always realise how much some things are calorie wise.
I was buying a Finest meal deal from Tesco the other day and was trying to look for a low calorie option, but all the side dishes were so many calories! Mash potato was like 300 calories per serving! And it was only a small pot too. Depressing, ha.

I'm attempting to take up yoga, I'm doing it at home by following workouts on youtube. I don't usually manage to stick to something but I ejoyed my first workout earlier today x

Youtube is fab for that, but I'm so bad at working out in my room. I get too distracted ha.
