So last night I was reading some blogs and I read a post about the death of blogging. This lead to me reading tonnes of other blogs which basically said blogging was dying and being replaced by social media.
There was quite a bold statement, really, something along the lines of: a teenager is more likely to start a twitter/instagram account than a blog. Blogs are for 40 something mothers.
It's strange, because I see my twitter as an extension of my blog and a way to network, promote it. Not a 'microblog', so to speak.
Another bold statement I saw was RIP Blogging, 1997 - 2013. :/
What are your opinions?

Blogging isn't dead at all! if someone has a passion for it like you, me and many others then it's not dead, there are lots of companies still wanting to work with Bloggers and in my opinion i think blogging is getting much more popular than ever

Yeah, I've just seen a lot about it lately, maybe it's just evolving and different niches are getting popular while others are probably decreasing.
I feel like beauty bloggers are getting more and more popular.
