I'm currently trying to lose some weight after slowly gaining over the past few months and I am looking for some new healthy meals to try.
I usually try to keep my meals under 400 cal at least and generally stick to salads, stir fry or light sandwiches at work.
Anyone have any meals they like to eat?

I'm trying to loose some weight at the moment too~ My problem is that I eat at the wrong times and I skip meals quite often. I'm trying to get more protein into my diet. At the moment I'm really enjoying salads (especially boiled egg salad), stir frys, Jacket potato with tuna, steamed fish and grilled chicken. My weakness is ice cream though, but instead I treat myself to frozen yogurt every now and again. I'd like to drink more water but I really don't like plain water and some flavoured waters have quite a lot of sugar in. I've also been eating a lot of meat free alternatives, like quorn, because it's a good source of protein and it tastes really nice and I can make a lot of my favourite meals with it like spaghetti or meatballs.
